Dull ache right side under ribs and diarrhea

I know its the wrong topic to post in but I couldn't see a topic about gastric problems.

For around a month now I have had a upset stomach, diarrhea. It seems to happen in the morning and up to two weeks ago I felt ok afterwards. More recently I still feel uncomfortable and have had bad gas on and off more after I eat or drink. The right side under my ribs has had a dull ache now on and off for the past two weeks and tends to be worse at night.

I am quite worried as I am a healthy person with a healthy diet and am afraid I have got an infection or something.

I don't know whether this is related but I have had achy testicals for a long time now and thorough checks have showed no lumps on the testicals but swollen or imflamed epididymis it is not painful as such more uncomfortable sickly feeling when touched or knocked.

Please Please help!! I do intend to go to the Doctors this month but am finding it hard to book an appointment!

What should I say or ask for ? what could it be?

any advice would be very welcomed!!

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

Since this has been going on for a month, you definitely need to see your doctor.  These symptoms of abdominal discomfort and diarrhea are vague and can be caused by a number of things including food intolerances, a stomach/bowel disorder (such as irritable bowel, etc.) or even a stubborn stomach virus.   Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
