Hi there having weird feeling?

Okay so I am on a heart monitor for a month I have been on it for 2 weeks...I also have, I think anxiety is what my doctor had told me.....b/c I get fainting spells but I have not yet to actually pass out I just feel like I am gunna and then right before I do I start to panic and not to and I manage not too....My body get heavy and super warm like someone poured hot water through my viens from my head to my toes and then I feel like I am gunna pass out and then I panic and my heart races and I get sweaty shakey tingly feeling in my limbs and face which I know is from hyprventilating...My question is my heart monitor goes of automatically sometimes when it detects somthing and it will do it when I am sleeping which is real annoying and I get scared I wake up and I already go into panic mode is there anything I can do to help myself not do that...I hav tried breathing but my brains keeps spinning, I keep thinking something is wrong and I get a weird swimmy hadache and it feels cold and my neck kinda hurts and I get a lil shakey and I get that feling again like I am gunna pass out but with a feeling like I am about to jump oy of an airplane!? Can this all be caused by anxiety?? I am scared to go back to sleep when it goes off in the middle of the night b/c I start feeling all weird inside and shakey and my ches t kinda hurts...I am 23 yo female my husband is ovr seas and coming home in 2 weeks. is there anything else I should tell a doctor to test me for??
I hope this maks sense!\
Thank you!

I get the pass out feeling b4 my heart races.. I take xanax twice a day or I try not to take it until I start feeling wierd I usually can gt away with not takingone until 2-3 in the afternoon but for some strange weird reason as soon as it hits that rime My feeling rush over me and the pass out feeling just continue if I don't take anything! I was told by my doctor I have a small heart mur mur and an heart arrythmia I got that when I was pregnant and it never went away! Thank you soo much for taking the time to answer my question!! Hi and thanks for using the forum.

What you have described could very well be caused by anxiety.  Have you been prescribed anything for your anxiety?  The purpose of the heart monitor is to provide a look at what your heart is doing over a long period of time.  This is helpful with people who complain of sporadic episodes of heart symptoms such as palpitations (a fast heart beat) or episodes of missed beats that happen without warning and without any consistency making it hard for doctors to assess.

I could understand that it would be anxiety producing to be woken up in the night by the monitor.  Just know that it is only for 2 more weeks.   Taking slow deep breaths is one way to help alleviate that panicked feeling, you could try getting up and walking around, or getting a drink of water.  Also, reading or watching TV can help.  If you know a few yoga moves you could try a few of those.  Sing a song in your head, or doing some meditation.  The point is to get your mind to focus on something to give you a chance to calm yourself down.  This is by no means easy- but with practice, people can really learn to control that anxious feeling.  If you have been prescribed medication then you can take that if you need it.  You should also discuss your anxiety with your doctor and see if some medication might work for you.

It sounds like you are very active so a resting heart rate of 48-50 (although a bit low) is not bad.

Good Luck and hope you feel better soon

O and I was wondering is it normal to have a resting heart rate of 48-50? I workout for an hour at least 4-6 days a week and my heart rate only usually goes to 140-160 when I am pushing myself to my max.
