I collapsed, what could it be

Earlier on I felt a bit sickly, i needed a pee so i left the room and had a pee, while peeing I started to become light headed, so lent against the wall, then my body tensed up and started shaking and all i could see was white light, and could hear a high pitched noise, kind of like feedback when you put a microphone near the speaker, i was conscious during this and can remember trying to make it stop, then i woke up slumped against the toilet and back wall, almost standing and at first thought i was lying down and couldnt remember where i was for about 30 seconds. i am a 20 year old male.

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

What you experienced is a syncopal episode.  There could be many possible causes for this including low blood sugar, low blood pressure, fever, dehydration, heart problem, among others.  It is important that you see your doctor about this.   He or she can examine you and hopefully determine if something is going on with you or if this was just an isolated episode.  Good luck.
