IDK WHATS WRONG WITH ME

Ive been sick constanly since i was 15 and am not 19. I get nauseas all the time and throw up or at least go through the motions a couple times a day. Blood work, ultrasound, and a catscan have been done and nothing was found. I dont know if its a mental thing or what but everytime i go to work i get nauseas anytime i go anywhere its the same way and i feel like getting sick. I constantly feel like i have a lump in my throat that makes it hard to breath and makes me feel like im going to throw up. it feels like a finger keeps getting shoved down my throat every couple mins. I have bad stomach pains i get dizzy as well. Any time im put in a stressful situation i feel like getting sick and sometimes it even gets hard to see. I am so close to quiting my job because i cant work without getting sick. Im not purposly making myself sick i just cant help it and im sooo worn out i cant take it anymore please help me, because i dont have any money to go to the doctors.

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

If you have not seen a GI specialist yet, then I think you should.  He /she can rule out a medical issue that could be causing your symptoms (a stomach problem, food allergy or intolerance, GERD, or another GI illness).  If the GI specialist finds everything to be normal or you have already been evaluated by a GI specialist and told everything is normal, then you may want to look into the "mental" side of this.  Anxiety and stress can create a lot of physical symptoms and make us very ill.  You may need to see someone to help you with managing stress and anxiety.  However, I would be sure that you are evaluated by a GI specialist first.  Good luck.
