I'm 3 weeks pregnant

I'm 3 weeks pregnant I have 3 cysts on my right overie and 2 cysts on my left n iv been having cramps can they cause a miscarrage (miscarriage)??

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

First, congratulations on your pregnancy!  The issue with your ovarian cysts really needs to be answered by your ob/gyn.  He or she knows the size and number of the cysts.  Ovarian cysts are not uncommon, so I don't think that you should worry yourself too much.   Call and make an appointment with your ob/gyn and he or she can help you.
