Im scared this may be bad.

Im scared this may be bad.

Around a month or two months ago now on the 22nd of september i believe, i had an abortion. The nurse said not to have sex with in the next 3 - 4 weeks other wise it would cause infection. The third week came and i had stopped bleeding so i believed it were to be okay to have sex, in which i did. I found nothing to it but small abdominal pains occasionally every week. But only cause it's small I never believed it would be an infection. I havent taken a pregnancy test either beause funds have been too low to afford. But moving to the point, I've been at my boyfriends now for two weeks and we've had sex quite a few times, and now my vagina started to really hurt so we stopped for a day and so did the pain, then we had sex the day after and the pain came back, and now whenever i try to pee it feels like i have a water infection through the pain im in, however when i wiped last night there was pink blood on it so i thought i was finally going to start my period after this hole abortion, and i check this morning and nothings happened... no period, nothing. So i think i may have a water infection but ive never had pink blood from one, and i still havent started my period since the end of the abortion. A long time too (if this is helpfull?) i went to the doctors about a water infection and he said after checking up on me that he believed the cause of it was an inflamed appendix, i havent had it removed since then either and it has the tendancy to hurt from time to time, so right now i have no idea whats going on with me, whether im still pregnant or have a vaginal infection to water infection or something more worse i dont know im really scared..

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

You need to see your OB/Gyn about this.  They can do a urine test to see if you have a urinary tract infection and they can also do a pelvic exam to be sure that everything else is OK.  If you don't have a regular OB/Gyn, then look for a clinic in your area (such as planned parenthood) or go back to the office where you had your abortion.   It is not uncommon for a UTI to cause you to have some blood in your urine, so the pink could be related to that.  YOu need to get checked out ASAP and in the meantime do not have vaginal intercourse until you are sure what is going on.
