Lump on vagina?

i noticed a lump on my vagina a week ago i just left it hoping it would go down on its own a week later its huge its a bit itchy and has a bit of a yellow head is it a pimple? is it something serious?

Did u ever try popping it? Did it come out all ***** mixed with a little blood if u did? If so then its a vaginal cyst and the best way to get rid of it is put a hot wash clothe as hot as u can stand let it sit there and see if it opens up if it doesn't then you have to get it laser removed

I can't really tell you what this is- you would need to see your ob/gyn to know for sure.  This could simply be a pimple, a cyst, an ingrown hair, or it could be a sign of an STD.  If you are sexually active, you should have this checked out.  If not, you could try warm compresses to the area to see if that helps it to drain.  Be sure to change your underwear daily and wear cotton panties.  If it persists, you will probably have to see your doctor.  Good luck.
