My lips turned white and my skin turned pale

My lips turned white and my skin turned pale. I am 15 years old and I weigh 131 pounds. My heart rate is faster than normal and I don't know why but when I squeeze my lips they turn white real easy. In the past when I was 11 something similar happened when I fell down and tripped over something I hit my knee real hard and I was bleeding a lot. Then after a few minutes I think I was fainting and my lips were deeply white without squeezing my lips and I think I was breathing hard because I though my body needed more oxygen and I actually though they were going to call the ambulance but what my mom did she gave me food and sniffed alcohol and the alcohol was actually helping. Do you doctors need more information I need to give you because I really do need your help? Also can this cause my feet to be itchy? . I am 15 years old and I weigh 131 pounds. Hi and thanks for using the forum.

From what you have described, it sounds like when you were 11, you may have had a hard time with seeing blood.  Many people have trouble with this and essentially start to panic at the site of blood.  I would not be too concerned about that incident.  It is also not unusual for your lips to go pale when you squeeze them together.  You don't say what your heart rate is, but if you feel that it is faster than your heart rate normally is, it could be a sign of many things including dehydration, anemia, anxiety, among others.  You would have to see your doctor to have your heart race assessed and also maybe some standard blood work.  If you are concerned (and it sounds like you are) then schedule an appointment for a physical with your doctor.  This will at the very least, give you some peace of mind.  Good luck.
