Need help asap

About 2-3 months ago i started getting constant flashing of white light in my eyes when i started falling asleep. It then also happened along with me feeling like im spinning really bad. Last month or so i started getting really bad headaches and occasional ringing in my ear and last weekend i noticed a blood spot on my eye that keeps getting bigger. Im supposed to leave for boot camp feb 18th so i need to know if it could be serious or if itll just go away
