tried to post but cant. ???  I'm a nurse. My story is this. I got herpes from my hubby's cold sore. And now 15 years later I have it all over. In my mouth, chest buttocks rectum & abdomen. My  blood work showed  high titres. This a serious case. Don't ignore. I'm now on a maintenance. Likely for life.
1,000  3x a day for 5 days to kick it guys
Next for me I need 1,000 a day. Some people only need 500.  It's a sad lonely disease. But lift up our heads. Try & relax & will it away. Life could be soo much worse for us.
Ps. 20 years after getting it hubby is still clean with no protection. Just those cold sores of course. God bless everyone. xo
