Sore jaw, gums, tonsils and burning urine

I woke the other morning to notice my mouth was really sore, it felt as though my gums on the right side had a lump on the inner side and my jaw and mouth hurt when I move it too much eg, eating, drinking I can not open my mouth wide without pain in my jaw and mouth area this is only on the right side. I also have a sore throat now.
I also noticed today that my tonsils are swelling and I have a lot of mucus and my gums seem white.
I have been hotter than usual and tend to get quite overheated and feel flustered.
I have also been using the toilet more and my urine is now burning, below has been sore and it is not stinging when I use the toilet.

If you are still having these symptoms, then you need to see your doctor.  You could have an infection that requires antibiotic treatment.  Another possiblity is a blocked salivary gland.  

You also need to have your urine checked for a UTI. It is possible that since your throat is sore and you are having so much difficulty drinking, you can develop a urine infection.  Get checked out ASAP if you have not already.   Good luck.

I am on anti biotics, they are doing tests.
He said there was pus in the urine, yet UTI was negative.
How does that happen?!
Also is there any possibility cockaroachs etc could be causing these problems I have been sick a fair bit lately since moving into this home which seems to have a severe cockaroach problem.
