What can I do'?

I dyed my hair this afternoon and ever since all my lymphoid glands have come out and the back of my neck is burning and has been really itchy. It is covered in lumps but at the moment the whole back of my neck underneath my head has swollen to about 4 times its normal size It is stiff and I can barely move it. And I am start to feel really hot and nauseous

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

It is possible that you are having an allergic reaction to the hair dye.  This sounds like a fairly significant reaction and I think if you are still experiencing symptoms you should call your doctor or go to the Emergency Room.  In the meantime, if  you can take Benadryl, that will help ease the symptoms.  If you are having difficulty swallowing or breathing, then get to an ER ASAP- even if it means calling an ambulance.  Allergic reactions can get progressively worse fairly quickly and you want to get medical attention as quickly as possible if you have difficulty swallowing or breathing.  Good Luck and hope you feel better!

I forgot to add not to use that hair dye again as these reactions can get worse each time you are exposed to the allergen- meaning next time it can be a lot worse!
