absess

i keep getting boils under my arms and when i went to the doctor she said it was herditery  is there any kind of surgery or cream that i can get to stop them from coming up or coming up less?

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

These do tend to be hereditary.  YOu could try using an exfoliating body scrub (a hypo allergenic one) and be sure to wear cotton shirts (cotton is a "breathable" material and can help keep your skin dry).  If you find that a boil is starting to develop, use warm soaks to the area frequently.  Good luck.
