Is it normal to have diharia?

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

It is not abnormal to get diarrhea every once in a while.  As long as it does not last for more than a week or so and as long as you are able to drink and stay hydrated, most episodes if diarrhea "run their course" so to speak and clear up on their own.  IF you are having persistent diarrhea, have blood in your stools, you are feeling weak/faint, or is the diarrhea does not resolve on its own, then you should get checked out by your doctor.
