lumbar spine/ muscles

hi im 25 , and for the past couple of years having been dealing with severe muscle spasms-mostly in my butt. glute max,med and min- so bad that it pinches the ciatic nerve and incapasitates me. no one knows why it happens and it is ruining my life, i cant work , or do normal activities on a regular basis. i have tried everything- gone through an or1 program through wcb(physio) accupunture-massage-chiropractor-had x rays- ct - multiple blood tests and on paper looks fine. i changed my diet and take - calcium, magnesium, glutimene, vit, c,d, glucosemene, fish oil, oil of oregono, electrolytes for the past few months and still nothing. ive been strething day and night and doing yoga. but when i walk to much, or to many stairs at work my muscles spasm like a rock and doesnt release to the point that i cant strecth for a while and moving around on my back is severe pain. in the mornings i feel like crying on a bad day just to roll over and get out of bed. my muscles sometimes twitch and i feel a burning sensation going up and down my legs when i try and relax after doing a bit to much. and to much could be walking around cosco. my legs and back get super tight with to much stress on them to , but its the butt that poses the most damage, when its really bad i cant even lay on my back in bed and it feels like my muscle pushes my bones/joints out of there socket

i am looking for some kind of answer and open to any tests, maybe in alternative medicine? i would do anything to be normal again.

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

Have you been evaluated by a neurologist?  If you have not, then this is what I recommend that you do next.  I don't know what this is, but it could be a neurological issue.   Keep me posted.
