right abdomen pain

throughout the day yesterday i had lower back pain then after i ate supper last night about half an hour after supper i started to get a headache and right abdomen pain. it started out feeling like stabbing then about an hour after that felt like someone took my insides on the right side and was squeezing them that last until i fell asleep 3 hours later. throughout all this pain i felt nausea. i took tums and tylenol when the pain started and the headache went away an hour later but the pain never did. i woke up this morning and still have pain but now its more like its burning and the lower back pain is still there. i dont have my appendix or gallbladder anymore.

Abdominal pain lasting more than a few hours really should be evaluated by a physician.  This pain could be related to gas, it could be caused by a kidney infection or kidney stone, or it could even be a stomach  virus.  Since this has persisted through the night, I think that you should have it checked out.  Good luck.
