seeing Fireflies in my eyes?

I am guessing this is some kind of vitamin or blood problem?  my body feels sorta light along with my head. I'm seeing some sort of spark like things in my head wich I haven't noticed for a while

I was seeing fireflies for about 7 seconds or so. after I woke up.  

what can cause this?  I also been having headaches and a weird pressure feeling in my head along with a slight dizziness and everynow and then my mind can feel sorta of blank/slightly confused. even though I can respond properly.

I get migraines and I know exactly what fireflies you are talking about.  I see them too.  Do you get headaches?

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

My first suggestion is to see your regular doctor and have a physical (with blood work) to make sure that you don't have something like a sinus infection, vitamin deficiency, etc.  If that checks out OK, I would see a neurologist, as what you have described could be migraines.  Often times, people complain of visual disturbances that accompany a migraine (these visual disturbances can sometimes occur on their own) so this would be worth checking out.  Hope this helps.  Good luck.
