I'm 30weeks pregnant and I'm suffering with diarrhea really bad cramps in lower belly and back pain. Also feel bit nausea.

When in doubt, always call your ob/gyn. This could simply be a stomach virus or it could be something more. Call your doctor and in the meantime, be sure to drink plenty of fluids. Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy!
