Round ligament pains can be VERY uncomfortable and really bothersome. If you saw your doctor already about this, then they probably ruled out a bladder/urinary tract infection. If they did not rule this out, you can check and make sure that you do not have an infection.
The round ligaments connect the front part of your uterus to the groin. As your uterus stretches, these ligaments get pulled tight. Usually rest will alleviate the pain. Also, changing positions slowly can help. If you have these pains frequently, you could ask your ob/gyn about stretching exercises that may help. I hope this info helps.
