stomach pains

Hi, I've been experiencing some really odd pains in my lower stomach I am 14 weeks pregnant and my doctor said it was round ligament pains but it has gotten worse it hurts to turn, walk, or even get up and I don't know what it is.. what could that be?

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

Round ligament pains can be VERY uncomfortable and really bothersome.  If you saw your doctor already about this, then they probably ruled out a bladder/urinary tract infection.  If they did not rule this out, you can check and make sure that you do not have an infection.  

The round ligaments connect the front part of your uterus to the groin.  As your uterus stretches, these ligaments get pulled tight.  Usually rest will alleviate the pain.  Also, changing positions slowly can help.  If you have these pains frequently, you could ask your ob/gyn about stretching exercises that may help.  I hope this info helps.  Good luck and congratulations on your pregnancy.

I am about a month and a half i keep getting pain in my lower stomach like if i was have bad cramps I'm a first time mom and wana to know if thats normal to be feeling

Im having pain to but im 26 weeks it hurts really really bad....
