what should i do

i have very severe foot spasms in my feet which make my big toe point down started a few days ago now im still getting them but the pain isn't going away shoots up my leg i've also have been drinking a lot of water an i cant seem to get enough im so thirsty what do you think

Hi and thanks for using the forum.

There are a lot of possible reasons for your foot cramps.  It could be that the shoes you are wearing do not fit you well, you could be a little dehydrated, you could also have an electrolyte balance (low potassium can often cause cramping).  Since you are already drinking a lot of water, you could try eating some potassium rich foods (such as banannas).  If this problem persists, you may need to see your general practitioner and have some blood work done to make sure there is not something else going on.  I hope this helps.  Good luck.
