Hi and thanks for using the forum.

Have you had your back pain evaluated by a doctor?  Is the back pain new, or is it something you have had for a long time?  I suggest that you get the pain evaluated by your regular doctor.  If it is something simple, such as a strain or a sprain, you could probably rest it, use ice/heat and maybe some pain medication  until it heals.  IF it is something chronic, you may need to see an orthopedist/spine specialist or even do some physical therapy.

There are also some situations where an acute medical issue can cause back pain such as kidney stones.  This is why it would be important to have this evaluated.  Good luck.
