I am not exactly sure how you go about gettiing a license to practice in other countries (here in the US each state has its own professional licensing department- if a nurse wants to work in a different state, he/she has to apply for a license in that state). I would think that a good place to start would be a travel nurse company. Hepatitis B is transmitted via blood and body fluids. IF you are practicing universal precautions (as health care professionals are required) there is no reason that you should be worried and you would not be at risk of transmitting to your patients.
