Are current meds contributing or exacerbating current condition?

My husband had a pontine stroke in June 2008, had a remarkable recovery, retruned to work in 6 months, then got worse and is now disabled due to a latent side effect called OPM (occulo pallatal myoclonus).  His vision bounces and his gait is very unballanced.  He has tried and stopped all sorts of meds that make him feel worse like Klonopin, Neurontin, Lyrica, etc. but perhapsn some of the meds he does take are making his situation worse?  He does take the following meds:
Lipitor (high cholesterol)
Plavix (to prevent another possible stroke)
Diovan HCT (high blood pressure)
Norvasc (high blood pressure)
Prozac (obviously he's depressed)

His neuro ophthalmologist said his OPM and symptoms would improve over time but he feels worse every day.  Any ideas?

50 year old male in excellent health until right basilar vetebral oclusion and pontine stroke in June 2008 with remarkable recovery and return to work Jan 2009

Latent side effects of vision and gait disturbances with vision bouncing, emballance, dizziness - recently determined to have rare side effect from pontine storke called OPM (oculo palatal myoclonus)

Wondering if any of his current meds are contributing to his condition.
