Blood test result

Recently i went for a blood test

and some of the results are bothering me, could you pls advise or interpret my blood test pls.

Total Bilirubin 28 umol/L @ 1.64 mg/dL

Uric Acid 0.53 mmol/L @ 8.8 mg/dL

as for my urine test, it shows that urobilinogen present in my urine.

do i need to worry or take further action for the results showing above
