Burning in the stomach

Every now and the I feel a sudden burning sensation around my stomach.Unlike the usual burning sensations this one really feels like fire,like I'm overheated or something.I've tried cooling it externally but this halts it only for a few seconds, then it simply bursts again.I've noticed something peculiar though: when I run or exercise roughly it feels better.This makes it go away most of the times but lately its been getting worse and worse and even when I feel exhausted after running it still burns.I've also tried aspirin but it doesn't help at all.What is this? What should I do ?
Should I worry ?

Please make an appointment with your doctor for an exam and blood work. The burning symptom that you have could be from a variety of conditions and would need to be diagnosed by a physician.
