Correct dosage for me?

I used to take Donnatal regularly many years ago.  It was a blue/gray capsule.  The dosage was 1 pill 3 times per day as needed.  Most of the time, only one pill would alleviate the symptoms.  My new doctor wants to prescribe it for me, but I can't remember the dosage.  Would you be able to tell me what the dosage would be for me?

The product that is available now is BELLADONNA-PHENOBARBITAL TAB.  Here is the dosing information;
For the adjunctive treatment of irritable bowel syndrome† (irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis), acute enterocolitis†, or duodenal ulcer†:
Oral dosage (regular tablets):
Adults: 1—2 tablets PO 3—4 times per day. Make sure to mention to your prescriber that you use alprazolam occasionally and your full drug profile so he can make an appropriate dosing regimen for this medication for you. Also, with this profile you should be avoiding alcohol.
