Dostinex

Can this dose of 1.0  two times a week cause vision loss confusion sleepiness and muscle pain.
Been taking for two years seem to feel worse. can not gain weight poor appetite and hands and legs blue poor circulation.
Taking Dostinex for prolactin level of 58.
Took before but quite due to dizzy spells wreaked car.

Most adverse reactions observed with cabergoline are mild to moderate in severity and may be minimized by administration of the drug with food and by following the recommended dose titration. Tolerance to most side effects develops with chronic administration. The most frequently reported side effects of cabergoline include headache (26%), dizziness (15%), constipation (10%), asthenia -lack or loss of strength and energy,  weakness(9%), fatigue (7%), abdominal pain (5%), and drowsiness (5%). Most side effects do not appear to be dose-related. Due to your extensive disease state list I feel there is really no substitute for you than to propose a in person medical evaluation .
