Is it OK to take White Flood (a bodybuilding supp) w/ Lexapro?

I want to take White Flood, a pre-workout energy supplement. I take Lexapro as well.

White Flood contains the following:
Arginine AKG (2200 Mg), Ornithine AKG (800mg)
Beta Alanine (1700 Mg), L-Tyrosine (700 Mg)
Inosine, Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA), Glucuronolactone, Natural Caffeine, Potassium Gluconate, Cocoa Bean (Extracted For 99% Theobromine), Evodia Rutaecarpa (95% Evodiamine Extract), L-Norvaline, Sugar Cane (Extracted For 60% Octacosanol), Coenzyme Q10, Vinpocetine, Alpha-Carotene, Zeaxanthin, Crytoxanthin, Lutein, Folic Acid, Selenium, Huperzia Seratta (Extracted For 99% Huperzine A)



Will any of that have any negative effects while taking Lexapro? Thanks.

Over the counter supplements such as  White Flood are regulated as nutraceuticals, not drugs. Scientific data supporting the claimed benefits of neutraceuticals are not always available as they are for traditional pharmaceuticals since nutraceuticals are not regulated as drugs. It should also be noted that rigid quality control standards are not required for nutraceuticals and substantial variability can occur in both the potency and the purity of these products. That being said, I do not see any specific interactions listed with Lexapro, but Evodia is considered somewhat toxic by some herbalists and some of the ingredients in White Flood have central nervous system side effects as does Lexapro. Please discuss this with your physician before taking this product.
