Lexapro and Fatigue

Lexapro and Fatigue

I have been taking Lexapro and Nexium for a year now.  The Nexium for GERD and Lexapro for a bit of anxiety. I also have had a CPAP for the past few months.  It seems that I am always fatigued.  I could sleep all weekend, if allowed.  I also get tired in the afternoon.  I have occasional headaches in the morning and the commute to work feels like I am yawning every minute or so.  The CPAP has not seemed to make a difference in feeling rested (though I do not use it as regularly as I should).  I was wondering if the Lexapro could be the culprit?

I am also considering a new mattress (though I am torn between the Tempurpedic and the Sleep Number bed).

Any help would be appreciated.

Lexapro can cause both headaches and fatigue.  Did these symptoms start when you started the Lexapro?  Did you start Lexapro and Nexium at the same time or was the Nexium added on more recently?  I would use the CPAP as regularly as directed by your physician to get a better feel for how well it works for you.
