All three of these medications can be taken together safely when used in appropriate prescribed amounts.  Vitamin B12 is safe when not taken in excessive doses, and the same rule goes for melatonin as well.  Melatonin is a substance that is naturally produced by our bodies and helps us to sleep, so it is a safe supplement when not used excessively. It is a good idea to check with your pharmacist for interactions when you add or change medications.
