PPI's and H2 Inhibitors

Hello-

If I take Pepcid at bedtime for a temporary amount of time, will it interfere with the actions of Nexium? I have been having break through acid reflux recently and my doctor told me to take Pepcid at bedtime for about one week. Thank you for your time.

it is safe to use Pepcid and Nexium together. They both reduce stomach acid, but by different mechanisms, so they augment each others effect and hopefully will leave u reflux free
