Prevacid 24 HR comes out soon, but it is the 15-mg version.  My doctor prescribed the 30-mg a while back for me to take.  Is it the same to take 2 15-mg tablets as taking 1 30-mg tablet?  Is it safe to do that?  Please let me know the answers. Thanks!.

Yes, it is fine and safe to take 2 15-mg tablets to equal 30mg.
