Stomach Ache

Recently I have been having a stomach ache, almost like cramps. I am 20 years old, a healthy man, I have recently put on a lot of weight and over the holidays I drank a lot of alcohol. The stomach ache and cramps won't go away. I wake up to it and go to bed with it, I have been having regular bowel movements and just been tired. Does anybody have any idea what this could be, I am scared it could be something really bad..

Hello, actually I am feeling a lot better. I think I have been stressed out and since I have been doing things to take my mind off of it. My stomach ache feels much better, see what happens is I worry too much about getting sick and I think that is not a good thing to worry so much. I also believe thats why I haven't been feeling too good because I keep thinking about getting sick, thank you.
