I would not advise you put this on fever blisters. This product is for external use only and shouldn't be put on mucous membranes. If you want to get an idea of the type of product you can use on a fever blister, you can find some OTC options at our website. Just go to www.drugstore.com and type in fever blister in the search engine. The number 1 listing will probably come up as Abreva which is a great product for this type of situation. Shortens healing time and duration of symptoms: tingling, pain, burning and/or itching.
