Withdrawl symptoms from Veryamyst

Withdrawl symptoms from Veryamyst

I have suffered from indoor allergies for the past two years and have been taking singular for two years and veryamyst for one year.  I took nasonex one year before starting veramyst.  I have also getting allergy shots for the past 16 months. Lately my allergies have improved(probably because of the shots), so I have not using the veryamyst everyday and this week went three days without using veryamyst.  I have noticed that I have extremely tired and moody these past few days and occasional headaches. Could I be experiencing withdrawal symptoms from my sudden discontinuation of the veramyst?  If so, how does one ween off this medication?

Thank you

When used at normal doses, withdrawal symptoms would not occur with Veramyst.
