any sugestions for detoxing from norco

I have been on norco for about 8 yrs, 12 a day.  I quit cold turkey and have moved to a place where I don't have the connections to get more.  i feel so awful though, tired, sick, achy, .....etc.  Any suggestions to make this a little easier?  I quit 3 days ago.   thank you  Laura
