can omega 3 fish oils (1436mg) interact with korean ginseng (37.5mg root extract)?

Dear Pharmacists,

just a quick question for someone who can help me please. I would like to know if there can be an interaction between the following two supplements. i appreciate your help and research.

can omega 3 fish oils (1436mg) interact with korean ginseng (37.5mg root extract) which is equivalent to (300mg root powder)?

Omega-3 fatty acids contain EPA 750MG + DHA 80MG in the above supplement.
