Based on your described symptoms it sounds as if you are having a seasonal allergy type reaction. The first question to ask is have you had these symptoms before? How long have you had them? And did anything help the symptoms before? If you have taken something for the symptoms before and it helped alleviate them, I would repeat that treatment. Otherwise, I would recommend an OTC product called Claritin (Loratadine) [one 10mg tablet by mouth per day] which is a non-sedating antihistamine used to treat allergic type symptoms. The only health concern with this medication is if you have a diagnosed prostate problem I would not recommend taking this medication because it could worsen your condition. If not, this medication should dry out the runny nose and help the watery eyes and should help with the cough which is most likely due to the post-nasal drip from the runny nose.
