how to clam down stomach pains.
i have bad stomach pains all the time, not because of my period. i've tried pretty much everything i can think of to stop them. i have a healthy diet for the most part. i hate the doctors office its a big fear of mine, help me. this stomach pain is terrible.. any suggestions? please help.

Long-term use of Advil or Tylenol can lead to ulcers. Taking food can help reduce stomach pains. You can try Prilosec OTC or Pepcid, if this does not help you should see a doctor.
