I read that magnesium glycinate is the best supplement to take because it is the most readily absorbable. I also know that Mg oxide should be avoided. I have only found magnesium supplements that are either citrate or aspartate. Would either the citrate or aspartate be a good substitute for glycinate?

The aspartate would be a better substitute for glycinate.
