mood stabilizer/antiphyscotic

Hi, I do not have hallucinations or delusions although I have been dx as Bipolar I.  I do not understand why my doctor would prescribe both a mood stabilizer and a antiphycotic.  Can you please tell me how the two medications differ for treatment. Thank you.

Both Lamotrigine and Risperdal are known to cause depression, your doctor probably prescribed the Prozac to counter that.
