order of taking meds

what is the best order to take all of my medications?  Can I take them all together in the AM on an empty stomach ? or do I have to space them out.  I only have a limited amount of time in the AM and I need to eat some breakfast befroe work.

Levothyroxine, Prilosec OTC and Alendronate should be taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes before a meal.  You can take Amlodipine and Triamterene/HCTZ with them. Only the Effexor is to be taken with food.

If you take the Prilosec and Alendronate at the same time, there is a chance that could lead to more stomach irritation.
