Hello .
My name is armani i recently visited my primary doctor and had all my physical exams done, blood work / exam for std/hiv or any sexual diease and the the exams revealed negative but unfortunately i have these slightly light scars on the tip of my penis and around the pee hole which my foreskin doesn't cover is thier anything over the counter or prescription you would recommend for this issue that can make my penis look slightly more visible and remove these scars.

I called the manufacturer of Mederma and they stated that this product has not been tested for use in the genital area. Please discuss a treatment with your doctor.
