sleeping

i go to bed at night i sleep alone ,i go to sleep within the next hour i am awake and feel sick i can not get back to sleep it feels as if every nerve end is cramping and heavyness to the legs i have lots of wind and take an antacid for it
i go to the toilet to pass water but only pass a small amount.
i have had very little sleep i feel nauceuas at food but crave sweet things.
i am 61 years of age very over weight i can not go to the doctors as he just gives me more pills,or tells me to increase the ampitriptomine

My suggestion would have to be to make an appointment with your primary care doctor for some bloodwork. It sounds as if you need to sit down with all of your medications and your primary and discuss options on how to improve your quality of life. Until you have been recently diagnosed it wouldn't be prudent for me to attempt to diagnose why you cannot sleep.
