trazodone and bupropion

This question is for my husband. He takes bupropion sr 150mg 2x daily. He thought we was taking one medication to aid him with sleep last night, and he took the wrong thing. He mistakenly took Trazodone 150mg, a medication he was prescribed last year while in the hospital and hasn't taken since then. He has a terrible headache today. Is this more than likely caused by the interaction of the two medications or from simply taking 150mg of Trazodone at one time?

Trazodone is actually often prescribed to treat insomnia. A side effect of trazodone is headache.
