i have a low level vibration like a cell phone going down the left side of my penis for this past week.Urologist said everthing checks out ok, but this sensation although not painful is really intrusive, affecting sleep etc

I would have suggested seeing a urologist, but since you have already seen one, maybe you should see a neurologist. I am not sure what would be causing this.
