I have a ten year old Niece who lives in Australia - her mother and my brother are not together.
But She was recently Diagnosed with Asperger's - Her mother and I have talked and she feels that I would be a good person to try and pull Niece out of her self-imposed prison that her Aspergers has put Niece into. i am sure that y'all understand this?
I would like some tips for corresponding with her.
Sadly - because they lived in another State prior to moving to Australia - I wasn't able to see alot - but she did spend about a year out here in texas with us. So she does know who I am.
She is a very bright - very intelligent child. And I love her very much - please - could someone give me some insight into how to reach in and help her??
