15 year old boy hitting at school

My 15 year boy has Asperger's and just started high school, a rather large high school with 279 students in his freshman class.  He is in main stream classes but has a pass to go to a time out room when he becomes too stressed out.  What stressing him out the most is certain noises, like clicking of the tongue or someone making fun of his name (Dominic).   If it happens once, Dominic will not forget it or seem to let it go.  It happened on Friday and on Monday, he hit another kid after his math class because of the noise the kid made on Friday!  He has also been obsessed with gay porn!  He downloaded $400 worth of porn!  I have a very hard time dealing with this.  We have started family counseling but it never seemed to make a difference.  Now he will start it again at school.  Anybody else having this problems?  What can I do?

Can any one tell me what medications your child/ren were prescribed to help them out. We just returned from pediatrian who prescribed Zoloft for OCD and Social Anxiety and  Clonidine for sleep disorder. My son will be 9 in December. Hope it works am at my wits end. But also do not want him to become dependent on anti-depressants.
