Asperger or what?

I have had a lot of issues with my 5 year old little girl. She is in kindergarten this year. So far this year I have been getting complaints from all her teachers- (main, music, P.E. Peer club, etc.) that she contently cries. She cries when she doesn’t get her way. When she gets in trouble she throws a fit. She cries when someone doesn't want to be her friend, and they also say she cries for no reason sometimes. I never see this behavior outside of her being two and younger, but of course she shows inappropriate behavior at home like not listening, and lying contently. She is also going through this...."I’m a boy and I like girls....they're cute". She tells me that she does not want to wear a dress but a suit and tie.  I swear she should have been a boy! I am lost for words. Maybe she is wining and it may be nothing, but I feel that is not the case. I am a strong parent and so is her dad. Are we doing something wrong?  Does any of this sound like Asperger;s syndrome? We are so worried. Please help!

I've never known anyone with autism/Aspergers/PDD to lie.

My daughter has Asperger's & lies all the time!  You can watch her do something & she'll say she didn't the next minute.  Have you looked into your daughter having a gender identity issue?  It sounds like something you may want to have checked out.
