Asperger's Adult Masturbation

i'm 21 asperger women. lately i'm becoming aware that i have a sexual body. it's all very confusing. i tend to touch myself in the privates obsessively, even when i have my period. touching myself in privates seems to calm me down as in my anxiety. but thn my body gets really weird feelings and i freaking. one time this sort of clear liquid came out, that made me freak out totally. but still i could touch my private parts all day. me touching my private parts obsessively, is that a Asperger thing or is it some thing else like OCD. Also i read touching private parts makes people mental, am i becoming mental from touching private parts. confused and scared.

I don't think your problem is unique to aspergers. Have you lurked some of the sexual health forums by any chance?

Masturbation does not make you go mental - but if you are masturbating all day long than you probably need to do something about it.  You may be using it as an escape mechanism.

Sex is a confusing subject for everyone.  It seems that you are just discovering your sexual self.  Even being 40 and being married with a fairly decent sex life - it is still hard to discuss it with my partner.  I think that your main worries seems to be whether these feelings are natural and whether it is occupying too much of your day.   If you feel like it has taken over your life than you may be developing an addiction in order to mask the pain of having Aspergers.  Whether you have Aspergers are not you are still a human being and that includes having sexual feelings.
